Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of blockchain engineers, providing clear guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our blockchain-based systems and applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, prioritize work, and achieve desired outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in architecture design, development methodologies, and best practices, leveraging your deep expertise in blockchain technology and related tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with recent hands-on experience in blockchain development.
A deep understanding of blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polygon, possesses blockchain maintenance capabilities.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of software engineers, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members.
