Business Analyst cum Project Manager - Leading Fintech Firm

We are seeking a Business Analyst for a large and complex transnational project. The chosen candidate will establish project management procedures and lead the project team to efficiently achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical workshops with banking and mobile payment partners, understanding their current architecture, and developing integration solutions.

• Oversee large and intricate transnational projects across payment/banking.

• Driving the end-to-end implementation and integration with both bank/mobile payment partners and internal cross-functional teams.

• Deepen technical collaboration with bank/mobile payment partners and provide best practices and technical recommendations to enhance user experiences and payment success rates.

• Expand the ecosystem by partnering with third-party solution providers to bring value-added services to merchant and mobile payment users.

• Continually improving solutions through local implementation experiences and learning, and accumulating best practices for cross-country implementation.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subjects.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in project management/BA

• The ability to read and write Java is a must

• Proven record in designing and implementing complex customer solutions and bridging product and technology gaps.

• Ability to manage internal and external clients and convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Demonstrable business acumen and experience using various technical solutions to fulfill business needs.

• Good fundamentals and hands-on experience with API design and integration, database, web security, application design, and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Must be comfortable speaking to both technical and business teams.
